I enjoy The River because of the Informal atmosphere where jeans are as welcome as a suit. They have a way cool band with contemporary music. Lessons always include some kind of "take-away" that I can put to work right away. The River gets past theory to the practical.
The people here make me feel at home, wanted, and appreciated. From the parking lot, to The River Cafe', to worship, to Children's activities, there are smiles and laughter on faces everywhere. I feel warm when I come here. The River does a great job accepting people the way they are.

I enjoy the River for the awesome worship, the solid Biblical teaching, and the people. I think the worship is very important because it strengthens my relationship with the Lord. And I think it is important to have intimate friendships in life. The River does so many things well- worship, small groups are great, etc.! I love the teaching and that the pastor isn't afraid to tackle tough and controversial issues.

I enjoy The River because of the fellowship, the praise and worship, the sermons and topics, and the fact that we were made to feel very welcome from the first time we visited. Since then, I have made so many wonderful new friends! I love getting together for church events such as the picnics and so forth. There are many things that draw me back to The River, but the main thing is that after services on Sunday mornings, I always feel so good - like it energizes me! And my heart is so open and receptive to God, it makes me long to do what God is calling me to do.
