GroupLink is a 90-minute event where you can meet people in a similar stage of life and area of town with the goal of forming a Community Group. We will have people there to help you navigate the process of meeting others and forming a group.
When you register to attend GroupLink, we’ll ask you some questions to help us match you with an initial connection comprised of people who have similar group preferences. If the logistics of this group work for you, great! If they don’t work for you, we will help you find a different group. We don’t assign you to a group. You come to GroupLink to meet others and decide which group you would like to join. For more information, you can email Todd at communitygroups@HitTheRiver.com.

Do I need to register for GroupLink?
Registering in advance will make your check-in process at the event quicker and easier and will also allow us to better prepare for you.
What if I can’t attend GroupLink?
If any of the groups that form at GroupLink aren’t full, we’d love to help you get connected. We’ll post a list of groups with openings a few days after the event. If one of the groups matches your stage of life and area of town and is meeting on a night of the week that works for you, sign up online through the link above.
Open group listings are posted 2–3 weeks after GroupLink. Openings are filled on a first-come, first served basis.
What is the difference between GroupLink and a community group?
You go to GroupLink, a ninety-minute event, to join a community group. Community groups are small groups of eight to twelve individuals that meet weekly or every other week in someone’s home for friendship, Bible study, and prayer.
Is childcare provided at GroupLink?
Childcare is provided. Just make sure you register “w/childcare” and provide us with your kids information.
